Poor Mans Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 8 cups Mashed potatoes
  • 2 cans Creamed corn
  • 2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup Diced onion
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Fry up ground beef
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste
  3. Add in diced onion
  4. Peel, cut and cook potatoes
  5. Make mashed potatoes using butter and milk
  6. Place browned ground beef mixture in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish
  7. Top with mashed potatoes
  8. Makes resivoir in potatoes ( like a shallow bowl)
  9. Pour creamed corn in resivoir
  10. Top with shredded cheese
  11. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted
  12. Cut and serve! ENJOY!
