Low Carb Bacon and Swiss Quiche

Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon more if wanted, chopped
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels. In medium bowl, beat eggs. Add cream and salt. Mix well. Arrange cheese and bacon evenly in bottom of greased 9-10 inch glass pie pan. Pour in egg mix. Bake at 350F degrees until inserted knife comes out clean.
