Hamburger Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 16 oz Tomato sauce
  • 16 oz Cream cheese softened and cubed
  • .66 cup grated parmesan
  • .5 cup Ketchup
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1.5 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp mild chili powder
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion
  2. Drain the fat
  3. Pour meat and onion into crockpot
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients
  5. Cook on low for 1.5-2 hours
  6. Stir as needed
  7. serve with french bread or chips
